About the project 

RzeczMłodych – Youth Lidership  is an innovative social project implemented by the Association of Possible Initiatives RzeczJasna, in partnership with the renowned School of Leadership, under the Honorary Patronage of the Marshal of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and the Honorary Patronage of the Rector of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

The project was created in response to the key challenges of the region and to strengthen the voice and influence of young leaders in Warmia and Mazury.

WARMIŃSKO-MAZURSKIE FORUM MŁODZIEŻY

Czy młodzi ludzie są skazani na wyjazd z Warmii i Mazur by realizować swoje ambicje? Udowodnimy, że “(NIE) MUSZĘ WYJEŻDŻAĆ” może stać się realnym scenariuszem, jeśli głos młodego pokolenia zostanie potraktowany poważnie i włączony wprost do nowej Strategii Rozwoju Województwa.

Jeśli działasz społecznie, jesteś w radzie młodzieżowej, samorządzie szkolnym, organizujesz wydarzenia w swojej miejscowości albo po prostu chcesz coś zmienić wokół siebie – to miejsce jest dla Ciebie!

Co się będzie działo?

WARMIŃSKO-MAZURSKIE FORUM MŁODZIEŻY – PODSUMOWANIE

Raport „(NIE) MUSZĘ WYJEŻDŻAĆ” powstał jako efekt Warmińsko-Mazurskiego Forum Młodzieży zorganizowanego przez Stowarzyszenie Inicjatyw Możliwych RzeczJasna 26 listopada 2025 roku w Olsztynie. To dokument polityczny, nie sprawozdanie z wydarzenia — stawia twardą tezę: głos młodych, szczególnie tych mieszkających na wsi i w małych miastach, jest strukturalnie wykluczony z procesu tworzenia Strategii Rozwoju Województwa do 2035 roku. Raport łączy dane demograficzne, płacowe i edukacyjne z konkretnymi rekomendacjami dla Zarządu Województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego — i pokazuje, wzorem województwa świętokrzyskiego, że systemowe słuchanie młodych jest możliwe.

Summer Leadership Camp: August 25–29, 2025

This is just the beginning! In the coming months, we will invite you to more meetings, workshops, and development activities as part of the #RzeczMłodych project.

How was it?

Five intense days, 15 exceptional young people from across the region – from Ełk to Jarnołtowo, from Olsztyn to Żabi Róg, and of course Ostróda.

There was energy, laughter, new ideas, concrete goals, a map of resources, cooperation, challenges, and shared evenings among the mosquitoes.

We would like to thank everyone who co-created this Camp with us:

• Szkoła Liderstwa for an inspiring introduction to leadership,

• BORUSSIA Olsztyn for important conversations on communication,

• Robert Waraksa Mayor of Olsztynek, for an honest discussion with young people about governance and local government,

• Mateusz Rogaski for energy, humor, and wise co-facilitation,

all the trainers for their fully dedicated workshops.

We also thank our Patrons:

Why is it worth it? 

The Leadership Camp is a space where young people develop social, leadership, and organizational competences. It is also an opportunity to create lasting relationships with other leaders, which will pay off in the future.
