How We operate financially
Where Our Funding Comes From and How We Spend It
Where our funding comes from
Our main sources are national and international grants — around 80–90% of our revenue (NOWEFIO, PROO, Youth Fund, Active Citizens, EEA Grants, and others).
What We spend money on
The largest expense is salaries — we maintain a core team of about four full‑time staff members plus collaborators. We follow a “flat” pay structure — every full‑time position is valued equally.
The second major cost is equipment and software licenses needed for media work.
The rest covers administrative expenses — accounting services, office costs. Organizations like ours are legally required to maintain full accounting records.
