Why We create
Reports and Analyses
We are not researchers or sociologists. We gathered this data because after 14 years of working with young people from Warmia and Mazury, we had been witnessing changes we could no longer ignore.
We saw generation after generation finish school, leave — and never return. We spoke with teenagers who couldn’t get to their extracurricular activities because the bus simply didn’t run.
We knew families for whom tutoring was an impossible expense.
And year after year, we worked with brilliant young people — brave, curious, full of energy — who were ready to change the world. Just not our world. Warsaw, Kraków, the Tri‑City, and Poznań absorbed them effortlessly, offering what Warmia and Mazury could not.
What began as the intuition of practitioners had to become numbers — because without numbers it is too easy to say that these are isolated cases, local quirks, temporary difficulties.
The numbers show that this is not bad luck — it’s the system.
